goodness and brief, pithy and to the point, okay, it's neither brief NOR pithy, but 'tis fun to read:
Do you ever feel massively affected by the "smoosh the energy" gremlins that come out when you least expect them? Those horrid beasties that even coffee cannot banish - instead, they simply suck all the joy and enjoyment you get out of your daily activities until you ask yourself... "Why bother? So earlier this morning, I read on another marketer's account how he found a Reddit thread that contained self-help ChatGPT prompts. "What the heck," thought I, so I decided to try it out meself and ...
Oh my.
Seems like all the 392794292 times I've used ChatGPT, apparently some patterns really did emerge!

more research online and came across comments like:

So I bundled some of those prompts into my original prompt and .... I'm finding it very helpful indeed.
Now, a couple of caveats.
ANYTHING you type into any AI, I would imagine, can be seen by the folks who work ON that AI. So if you're looking for privacy, do NOT do the above unless you have compiled a local AI on your own computer.

Using ChatGPT for therapy is most definitely a possibility...
... but you must be aware of all that is involved. This search can also help:
